1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Veyliq, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Veyliq provides a private career-evidence workspace for professionals.
2. Not Legal Advice
Veyliq is a workflow and intelligence product, not a law firm. The information, AI-generated insights, and strategies provided by Veyliq do not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. We make no promises or guarantees regarding the approval of any immigration petition or legal application. Always consult with a qualified attorney for legal counsel.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to only upload documents that you have the right to use and store.
4. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, Veyliq is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
5. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, certain records may be retained as required by law.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, their prices and what they include are shown on the Pricing page. Paid plans are charged through Stripe on a recurring basis and renew automatically until you cancel. Your current renewal date is shown in Billing. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. Prices are in USD and taxes may apply. Subscription fees are for software, not legal services.
7. Free trial
New accounts receive a free trial of 7 days with 5 Vey messages in total. No card is required. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe; you can still view and download your data, delete items, export your account and manage billing. You are never charged unless you choose a plan and complete checkout.
8. Cancellation
You can cancel renewal in Billing or through the Stripe billing portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Veyliq does not currently sell subscriptions through app stores.
9. Refunds
Refund requests for annual plans are reviewed by support and handled according to applicable law; request one by emailing support@veyliq.com. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial periods unless the law requires it. Cancelling does not automatically request a refund.
10. AI-generated content
Outputs from Vey and other AI features may be incomplete or wrong. You must verify them and should consult an attorney. Veyliq does not guarantee accuracy or any immigration outcome.
11. Attorney directory (Legal Team)
Veyliq does not endorse, rank or supervise attorneys and does not verify licenses automatically. Veyliq takes no referral fees. Any attorney relationship, including fees and confidentiality, is solely between you and the attorney.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to fabricate evidence, impersonate anyone, upload documents you have no right to use, or scrape or reverse engineer the service.
13. User content and licence
You own your content. You grant Veyliq only the licence needed to store, process and display it to run the service for you. Veyliq does not use your content to train its own models. Content sent to our AI provider is handled under that provider's terms; see the Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Veyliq is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any immigration decision. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Veyliq against claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to you and to Veyliq under applicable law. Contact us first to resolve any dispute.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
