No card is required. It includes 5 Vey messages in total. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. You can still view and download your data, delete items, export your account and manage billing. You are never charged unless you choose a plan and complete checkout.

Refund requests are handled by support and applicable consumer law. Monthly plans are not refunded for partial periods unless the law requires it.

Open Billing in the app and cancel renewal, or use Manage billing to reach the Stripe portal. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Plan changes are made in the Stripe billing portal, which shows any proration before you confirm.
